How to use UV/LED Painting Gel
Painting and cream gels are highly pigmented gels for detailed nail art and one-stroke designs.
What you need
- Painting gel or cream gel
- Liner or detail brushes
- UV/LED lamp
- Top coat
Step by step
Prepare the base
Apply and cure your base colour.
Load the brush
Pick up a small amount of gel with a liner or detail brush.
Paint your design
Draw lines, flowers or patterns; the gel stays where you place it.
Cure
Cure under a UV or LED lamp for the time your lamp recommends.
Seal
Seal with top coat and cure.
Pro tips
- Cure after each colour to keep lines crisp.
Avoid
- Do not leave jars open under bright light.
Removal & aftercare
File away the shine of the top layer, then wrap each nail in a cotton pad soaked in acetone or gel remover for 10–15 minutes. Gently push the softened product off with a cuticle pusher, never peel or pry. Finish with cuticle oil.
