Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
With OEM we produce to your specification, for example your own shade references and packaging design. With ODM you choose from formulas and designs we have already developed and we put them under your brand. Most clients combine both.
What order quantity do I need?
It depends on your order: the products, formulas and packaging you choose. Tell us the products and quantities you have in mind and we will confirm everything in your quote.
Which documents can you provide?
We provide a Safety Data Sheet (SDS/MSDS) for every formula, plus ingredient lists and documents for HEMA-free, TPO-free and 12-Free formulas where they apply.
Can you match my brand colors?
Yes. Gel shades and packaging coatings can be matched to a Pantone reference or a physical sample.
